Sims Solar is accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) to install photovoltaic systems. Installations carried out by Sims Solar qualify for the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG).

Renewable Heat Incentive

Sims Solar is accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) to install solar thermal systems. Installations carried out by Sims Solar qualify for the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI).

Renewable Energy Assurance Limited

Sims Solar complies with the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) operated by Renewable Energy Assurance Ltd (REAL). The Code is intended to provide customers with confidence that the product/service has been sold without undue sales pressure and unrealistic claims. It also provides a complaints procedure should you feel that the advice given is incorrect or misleading.

Deposit and Workmanship Insurance (DAWWI) Scheme

Sims Solar participates in the Deposit and Workmanship Warranty Insurance (DAWWI) Scheme operated by QANW.

The DAWWI Scheme provides two functions

• It insures consumers' money paid in advance in the unlikely event that Sims Solar ceases to trade before it has delivered the goods to your premises
• It will also protect the written workmanship guarantee that Sims Solar provides consumers when the installation is complete

Tesla Certified Installer

Sims Solar is a Tesla Certified Installer. As a certified installer, we have demonstrated an in depth knowledge of Tesla's Powerwall battery storage system . As such we are Tesla approved installers of the Powerwall.
